Office Market

Belgian real estate developer, Atenor Group, let out a total of 18,200 sqm of office space across six floors, in its newly opened "C" building of Váci Green business center in Budapest, the company announced in a press release today.

The report noted that the new “C” building was pre-leased to GE Global Operations in 2014, and that the completion of  Váci Green building “B”, comprising 24,500 sqm, is expected to be completed by 2016. The developer also announced that it would begin development of a “D” building in 2016.

“The interest in the Váci Green buildings is due to the fact that there are a limited number of offices in Budapest, and also because of the cheap operation costs,” said Zoltán Borbély, development director at Atenor Group Hungary.
