Andrékó Kinstellar Law Firm expands advisory team

Andrékó Kinstellar Law Firm has decided to expand its advisory team with the addition of senior locally recognized lawyers to its real estate practice, in response to the expansion of the local real estate market, according to a press release issued today.

Team leader Dr. Mónika Frank joined as managing associate formerly of Dentons / White & Case, while the practice is further enhanced by senior associate Dr. Gábor Gömöri, who previously worked as legal counsel for the TriGránit Group, and as a lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, the press release said.

In an aim to further expand Andrékó Kinstellarʼs M&A and private equity focused practice, Dr. Ákos Mátés-Lányi has joined the corporate practice group as managing associate formerly of Dentons / White & Case. Dr. Ferenc Dávid also joined Andrékó Kinstellar as associate with a focus on acquisitions, as well as corporate and employment matters.
