Issues

Attributed to the great success of OTP-SCD Leasing Rt, which entered the real-estate market in November and already approved Ft 1.5 billion worth of credit loan facility requests in two weeks, four banks are to join the Hungarian real-estate leasing market next year, Napi Gazdaság reported. The first among the new entrants will be CIB Leasing Rt, which may be followed by HVB Leasing Hungary Rt, Erste Leasing Rt, and K&H Real Estate Leasing Rt. The real-estate leasing market is estimated to be between Ft 15 billion-Ft 30 billion next year.
