Hungarian company joins peers to file wage rule case with German court

A Hungarian, an Austrian company and twelve Polish companies have filed a joint case with Germany's constitutional court against a rule that requires foreign truck drivers in Germany to be paid the local minimum wage, Hungarian news agency MTI reported yesterday, citing German sources.
According to MTI, German news portals said a spokesperson for the court had confirmed the case had been filed. The European Commission has already launched a probe into the matter, which is expected to wind up by the summer.
