Constitutional Court to discuss private pension funds on Monday

The Constitutional Court (Ab) will meet following its summer recess on Monday, August 29, to discuss for the second time its draft resolution on private pension funds.
Press officer András Sereg said the court first discussed the draft resolution on July 12, its last session before the summer recess.
The court is analyzing the constitutionality of the acts on state pension, private pension and the private pension funds.
The body will be expanded from September 1 after parliament passed an amendment on June 6 increasing the number of the members of the court from 11 to 15, and elected the new members.
