Hungary supports Macedonia’s EU, NATO integration

Hungarian National Assembly Vice-Speaker László Mandur, and Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee for European Affairs Mátyás Eörsi showed support for Macedonia’s Euro-Atlantic integration.
Mandur reiterated that his country supports EU and NATO enlargement, adding that Republic of Macedonia is a factor of stability at the Balkans, and that results of country’s reform processes should be valued. Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee for European Affairs Mátyás Eörsi emphasized that Hungary would use its influence in international institutions for resolution of the name dispute with Greece.
FM Milososki underlined Macedonia’s progress towards EU and NATO, especially in the part of the legislation approximation to the EU Acquis, combat against corruption, as well as the World Bank’s assessment on the economic reforms. Besides the meeting with Hungarian counterpart Kinga Göncz, Milososki is also scheduled to meet with the National Assembly Chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee Zsolt Németh. (mrt.com.mk)
