Orbán to meet economists on debt crisis

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will hold talks with economists today on the effect the European debt crisis is having on Hungary’s economy, reports Bloomberg, quoting Hungarian news portal Origo.hu.
The premier will consult with former central bank President Zsigmond Járai, György Szapáry, Orban’s former economic adviser who currently serves as ambassador to the U.S., and Henrik Auth, a former deputy central bank governor, the portal said, without saying how it obtained the information.
Economy Minister György Matolcsy will brief the press following the meeting.
