Orbán: farming subsidies to leap by HUF 500 bln

Hungarian farmers can expect to get HUF 480 billion – HUF 500 billion more direct European Union studies in the 2014-2020 EU budget period, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said on Thursday, after talks with the head of farm association Magosz. As a result of successful negotiations on the 2014-2020 in Brussels recently, Orbán said Hungarian farmers have no reason to think of themselves as disadvantaged. He added that farmers had the "right" to think of themselves as disadvantaged during the 2007-2013 EU budget period.
