Áder: Hungary is Singaporeʼs most important trade partner in CEE region

Hungary is Singaporeʼs most important trade partner in the CEE region, and this can serve as a basis for long-term cooperation, Hungarian President János Áder said in Singapore today, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
Áder held talks with Singaporean President Tony Tan Keng Yam and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong during his two-day-long official visit to Singapore.
According to the Hungarian President, the current trade and investment relations between the two countries provide fundamentals for further progress in strengthening economic ties, boosting cooperation in education, science and information technology, and also aiding in the fight against climate change and how to better manage water supplies.
