Hungary and Japan in social security agreement
In preparation for the visit of Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida to Hungary on Friday, government officials have announced an accord between the two nations which would no longer require Japanese citizens living in Hungary to pay health insurance and pension fees.
The agreement will be made official on Friday when Kishida meets with Hungary’s Foreign Minister János Martonyi; this marks the 17th such accord negotiated by Japan.
