Speculation govt trying to weaken forint is "absurd", says official
State secretary for foreign affairs and external economic relations Péter Szijjártó called speculation the government is working to weaken the forint "absurd conspiracy theories" in an interview published in daily Magyar Hírlap on Friday. "Hungary wants to boost its exports, but not through a weaker forint," Szijjártó said.
