Gov’t to sign strategic cooperation agreement with Waberer's International

The government will sign a strategic cooperation agreement with Hungarian logistics company Waberer's International, a resolution published in the fresh issue of official gazette Magyar Közlöny shows. The agreement will be signed by the economy minister. Waberer's International was established by György Waberer and partners with the privatization of Volán Tefu in 1994. Today, the company has some 2,500 lorries and 4,000 employees. The company's fleet travels more than 330m kilometers a year. Waberer's International has units in Poland, Germany, Romania, Spain and Slovakia. The company generated revenue of €373 million in 2011.
