Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade State Secretary Levente Magyar paid a visit to Kyiv on Wednesday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
Magyar said he visited areas in the capital and environs that had suffered the most damage in the war.
He announced the reconstruction of a school and the construction of a small hospital with a post office and municipal government office in Bucha. Hungary's government will implement the investments through the Hungarian Ecumenical Charity, he added.
Hungary is "acting on its pledges", Magyar said, adding that it sends a clear message to Ukraine that "we stand with you".
