BPYsOLAR building HUF 395 mln solar farm

BPYsOLAR is building a HUF 395 mln solar farm with a nominal capacity of 499kW in Böjt, eastern Hungary, the project company said yesterday, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

The solar farm, which is expected to supply the network of regional electricity distributor E.ON, is being supported with a European Union and state grant that will cover 60% of the project’s costs.

BPYsOLAR was established by Hungarian investors in 2010, MTI noted.
