OTP board members sell some HUF 755 mln in shares

Hungarian OTP Bank said today that yesterday’s sale of shares by board members in transactions were worth some HUF 755 mln, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
According to MTI’s report, CEO Sándor Csányi sold 68,804 shares at an average price of HUF 5,637 per share, deputy-CEO László Wolf sold 40,000 shares at an average price of HUF 5,702 per share, and supervisory board member Antal Kovács sold 24,437 shares at an average price of HUF 5,727 per share.
OTPʼs 180-day average share price stood at HUF 4,854 yesterday, MTI added.
