The nine countries are: France, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Lithuania, Cyprus and Italy, he said. EU trade chief Peter Mandelson has said Lamy’s compromises represented a basis for moving forward with the negotiation. (Reuters)
