Mol to lower wholesale petrol, diesel prices from Wednesday

Hungarian oil and gas company Mol Nyrt will lower the wholesale price of 95-octane petrol by Ft 2 and that of diesel by Ft 3 from Wednesday, MTI reported citing industry insiders.
Industry analysts attributed the decision to falling global oil prices, and to the forint's strengthening. Mol last reduced fuel prices two weeks earlier, lowering petrol and diesel prices Ft 2 and Ft 4, respectively.
The move will bring the average retail price of petrol to around Ft 256 per liter, although prices may vary as much as Ft 10-Ft 15 at petrol stations. Retail diesel prices will fall to around Ft 260 per liter.
