MOL exercises call options for over 74 mln shares

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL on Tuesday said it will exercise call options for a combined 74,138,899 of its shares on January 19, lifting its stock of Series "A" ordinary treasury shares to 95,278,601, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

MOL is exercising the call options under agreements with UniCredit Bank AG, Commerzbank AG, and ING Bank NV at strike prices between EUR 6.6 and EUR 6.74 per share.

All of the options will be physically settled on January 21, 2022, after which time MOL's treasury share stock will be equivalent to 11.63% of share capital.
