EC lowers Hungary 2022 GDP growth forecast to 3.6%

The European Commission lowered its projection for economic growth in Hungary this year to 3.6% in a spring forecast published on Monday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.
The projection was lowered from 5.4% in a forecast released in November, before the start of the war in Ukraine.
Hungary's government puts this year's GDP growth at 4.3%.
