Legislation requiring drone pilot use of mobile app approved
Parliament approved legislation yesterday transposing European Union directives on drones into national legislation and requiring drone pilots to use a mobile application and website operated by air traffic controller HungaroControl, according to 444.hu.
The legislation was approved with a vote of 116 for, 52 against and one abstention. The app will display real-time air space information and inform users of restrictions.
The legislation gives HungaroControl the right to manage registration data for the app.
