Govt must publish Hungary-China agreements, court rules

The municipal court of Budapest ruled on Monday that the government must disclose bilateral agreements signed between Hungary and China in June, as requested by the green opposition LMP party.
LMP group leader Andras Schiffer sued the Hungarian government and the National Development Ministry seeking access to the full text of the twelve agreements, which the party considers public information.
The agreements were signed during a visit by a Chinese delegation headed by Prime Minister Wen Jiabao in Budapest on June 24-25.
