The Hungarian Bakersʼ Association is introducing a trademark for locally baked products made with locally produced ingredients, József Septe, the head of the association, said today in an interview with state-owned news channel M1.

The trademark will be usable exclusively by association members whose bakeries are located in Hungary, Septe said, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

Septe noted that Hungarian bakeries are short of 2,500-3,000 staff at present. Headcount in the sector should stand at around 23,000.
