Wabererʼs board proposes canceling IPO

The board of Hungarian road haulage company Wabererʼs will propose to shareholders the cancellation of an initial public offering at an extraordinary general meeting on December 17, the EGM agenda shows.
The board decided to cancel the IPO in light of current market conditions at a meeting on November 10.
Shareholders will also vote on changing the companyʼs form back to a private company limited by shares as well as the recalling and election of board members.
