Active Settlements Program Continuing in 2023

In order to improve everyday conditions for movement, the Active Settlements program will continue in 2023, according to the Active and Ecotourism Development Center, writes profitline.hu.
This year, State Secretary for Active Hungary Máriusz Révész of the Prime Minister's Office announced a program for the construction of running tracks, cycle paths and roller parks with a total budget of HUF 750 million.
The program's success is demonstrated by the fact that, in recent years, the government has supported the construction or renovation of nearly 250 bike paths, running circuits, roller parks, ski slopes, artificial ice rinks, rock climbing routes, climbing halls, and paved roads.
