ConvergenCE leases space for SPAR in CityZen

The CityZen Office Building has recently leased its entire 853 square-meter ground floor to SPAR Hungary, independent real estate investment and development firm ConvergenCE reported today.

Located close to the highly frequented junction of Váci út and Dózsa György út, the SPAR supermarket is scheduled to open in early November.

“SPAR is a very strong cotenant, which, in addition to our existing tenants including Cargill Hungary, Optimal Management Kft and Tech Mahindra, further strengthens the value of this investment, as well as providing much sought-after retail amenities for our tenants and the locality. We look forward to the opening of the supermarket very shortly,” said Csaba Zeley, Head of Asset Management at ConvergenCE.

Since its establishment, ConvergenCE has developed commercial projects with a total investment volume of over EUR 150 million and assets under management with a value of EUR 150 mln. ConvergenCE has also monitored and managed projects with a total value in excess of EUR 200 mln on behalf of third-party owners, occupiers and investors.

Producing journalism that is worthy of the name is a costly business. For 27 years, the publishers, editors and reporters of the Budapest Business Journal have striven to bring you business news that works, information that you can trust, that is factual, accurate and presented without fear or favor.
Newspaper organizations across the globe have struggled to find a business model that allows them to continue to excel, without compromising their ability to perform. Most recently, some have experimented with the idea of involving their most important stakeholders, their readers.
We would like to offer that same opportunity to our readers. We would like to invite you to help us deliver the quality business journalism you require. Hit our Support the BBJ button and you can choose the how much and how often you send us your contributions.
