Várbazár might be renovated for HUF 8 billion

Várgondnokság Nonprofit Kft. and I. District Municipality has announced the procurement process to the reconstruction of the long-abandoned Várbazár on Buda. The cost of eligible works is limited at HUF 8.16 billion+VAT, EU procurement gazette published.

After the renovation works owners estimate 250.000 yearly due to the new services provided. Renovation and developing the related transport network could be applied only under the same tender. According to the requirements, applicants must have HUF 15 billion net revenue and HUF 9 billion revenue from civil engineering, building reconstruction and historical building's renovation between 2009-2011. Developers may put their offer until December 10 on the open procedure, business daily Napi Gazdaság wrote.
