Pannon-Flax shares to be delisted from BSE
The shares of textile maker Pannonflax will be delisted from the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) on October 27 as the company is being closed down, the BSE said on its website on Monday. The last trading day in the shares will be October 20.
Pannon-Flax shares have traded on the exchange since June 1991. The company's unit, 100-year old Pannonflax Textil went under liquidation in December 2013. The Budapest Court ordered the company to wind up operations on October 7 based on the decision of an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on August 7.
