The E-F hall is the newest “big-box” building of CPI Property Group’s Airport City Logistics Park, completion of which will be finished by April 2019, with 4,000 sqm leased area already.
Upon the development’s completion, the park, currently 95% let, will offer a total of 55,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, says András Bodahelyi, leasing manager at CPI Hungary.
The work on the 13,000 sqm facility began in the summer of 2018. The new hall features an interior height of 11 meters, industrial gates, high-quality groundworks, and carefully tailored dimensions.
“CPI also built a new road right next to the park in 2017, at a cost of HUF 100 million. The aim was to service the increasing needs of Airport City’s tenants in a professional way, and achieve easy access for both cyclists and pedestrians”, he added.
CPI Hungary manages a wide-ranging portfolio with a total value of EUR 514 mln and a total floor space of almost 315,000 sqm, and is active in the office, retail, logistics and hospitality segments.
