Hungarian-owned property developer WIGO announced on Friday it will complete construction of a Ft 2 billion business and residential centre in Pécs by the end of August.
The 13,500 square meter, five-story Király Ház will have 50 homes, WIGO CEO András Farkas said. The building will also house banks, a financial services company, an advertising company, a doctor's surgery and a confectionary. WIGO paid for the building with bank loans and its own resources. Already, 80% of the retail and office space has been rented out, and one-third of the flats have been sold.
