Construction company TriGránit Rt has won a tender worth €150 million-€200 million to renovate a train station in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, the company announced on Tuesday.
The exact cost of the project will depend on negotiations with the Serbian national railway company over the next several months. According to the tender, the developer will be allowed to build a 128,000 square meter commercial area above the property and a further 10,000 square meters inside the station. TriGránit expects to complete the project by 2008.
