Hungarian real estate developer TriGranit said it would hold the topping-out ceremony in May for a €500 million shopping centre it is building in Cracow.
The Bonarka City Center, to be the biggest shopping centre, in southern Poland, is 90% completed. It will be inaugurated in November 2009. Already, leases have been signed for 85% of the shops in the development.
TriGranit is undertaking and plans developments worth a combined €2 billion in the coming years. (MTI – Econews)
