Sty Építő plans to spend almost HUF 2 billion to convert a hotel in Salgótarján (NE Hungary) into a four-star spa and conference centre, the developer announced.
Work on the project will start in the spring, said managing director Péter Tordai. It is expected to open in 2010, raising the number of guest nights in the city by 30%.
Sty Építő is covering the cost of the project with its own resources, development grants and bank loans. (MTI – Econews)
