Hungarian-owned road haulage company Road Masters has inaugurated a HUF 260 million logistics center in Környe (N Hungary), with the support of HUF 91 million in EU development funding, managing director Csaba Győző told MTI.
The company bought a former barracks it earlier rented from the local council and converted it into a logistics base with combined warehouse space of 9,000 square meters.
Road Masters has annual revenue of more than HUF 2 billion. It employs 97 people in Hungary and 28 at its unit in Slovakia. The company operates 78 new tractor-trailers.
Road Masters has focused especially on its business in the CIS, even offering deliveries of valuable goods with armed guard. (MTI – Econews)
