Industrial property developer ProLogis announced that it has signed a lease agreement for 20,500 square meters of warehouse space at ProLogis Harbor Park with HOPI Hungary, a regional logistic service provider.
HOPI has been operating at Building L at ProLogis Harbor Park on behalf of Unilever. The company will now directly lease 20,500 square meters of modern industrial space divided over Building L and Building J at the same park. The strategically located, modern logistics centre is adjacent to the M6 motorway and the Danube River on the southern border of Budapest, approximately 2.5 kilometers from the M0 ring road and just 12 kilometers south of the central business district.

ProLogis Harbor Park comprises eleven buildings totaling more than 132,000 square meters of distribution and related office space. Current ProLogis customers at the park include Anda Present, Budapest Papír, Fiege, Lekkerland, Ringier and Sanofi Aventis.
