Israeli property developer Plaza Centers officially presented the project for the construction of a mall in Bulgaria, worth €38 million.The mall to be erected in the north eastern town of Shoumen would have three floors and a total retail area of 21,000 square meters, investor.bg said.
Besides a supermarket and garment shops, cafes and restaurants, the mall will have an entire floor dedicated to entertainment. Video halls, a cinema, bowling and electronic games will cover 1,700 square meters.
The project includes the construction of a two-level underground parking with 800 parking places.
Plaza Centers said that the mall would be finished within 1.5 to two years after the company received the construction permits. (sofiaecho)
