Despite the decrease of leasing transactions ABLON Kft. contracted with a new lessee: Brother International Hungary Kft. that moves in to building "A" from July, contributing to the further increase in the office-building's occupancy. ABLON Group is currently in talks with some other potential lesses.

This project was a great success, which lead the way to the second phase, building "B", that was finished by the end of last year. Building „A” has 8 floors with 9,600 square meters of rentable space, while building „B” épület has 6 floors and 8,400 square meters. Lessees include such well-known companies as APEH, Samas, Creditexpress and Öko Pannon.
