New lessee in M3 Business Center

Despite the decrease of leasing transactions ABLON Kft. contracted with a new lessee: Brother International Hungary Kft. that moves in to building "A" from July, contributing to the further increase in the office-building's occupancy. ABLON Group is currently in talks with some other potential lesses.

ABLON Group Limited is one of the leading real estate development businesses in Budapest and it has a well-established presence in Prague, Bucarest and Warsaw. Among Hungarian references are Gateway Office Park, Business Center 99, Business Center 30, Airport City Logistic Park and Buy-Way shopping malls.

M3 Business Center is right at the M3 highway's first phase, near metro line 1, so it is easily accessible by car and by public transport as well. Another attraction is the vicinity of Zugló, Városliget and the diplomacy district. Building "A" of the office complex was previously the headquarters of Vegyépszer, renovated by ABLON twice: in 2000 and 2008. This project was a great success, which lead the way to the second phase, building "B", that was finished by the end of last year. Building „A” has 8 floors with 9,600 square meters of rentable space, while building „B” épület has 6 floors and 8,400 square meters. Lessees include such well-known companies as APEH, Samas, Creditexpress and Öko Pannon.
