Mammut Zrt, the operator of the popular Budapest shopping center is launching a HUF 750-million upgrade to the first of the two-building of the complex.
The project will be targeted at refurbishing the common spaces within the building through creating bigger internal spaces and installing new amenities, like fountains and energy-efficient solutions.
The company’s CEO Gábor Vígh said the makeover will be conducted in two phases so as not to disturb the traditionally strong autumn and Christmas seasons. The investment was to launch at then o f July to be completely finished by the autumn of 2011. (BBJ)
