The city of Kaposvár will start a HUF 3.1 billion reconstruction of its swimming pool and spa next week, mayor Károly Szita said.
EU development funding will cover HUF 750 million of the cost of the project which will last a year and a half.
The reconstruction is part of an HUF 11 billion investment program that includes a renovation of the city centre, the construction of a market and the expansion of the local industrial park, Szita said. The projects were accelerated to create jobs under the government's crisis management program, he added. (MTI – Econews)
