Four new tenants signed lease agreements for altogether 1,000 sq m in Office Garden I represented by GVA Robertson. With the leases, the occupancy level of the building reached 80 %.
"On one hand tenants are searching for buildings with effective fit-out due to cost- cut reasons, on the other hand they are still in good position in office market so they can lease spaces under very good conditions. As it was already visible in the second half of 2010 less new office space is delivered to the market and the gradual absorption of the over-supply starts. Office buildings in good locations meeting the high-standard technical specification of the 21st century will soon be fully occupied," said Róbert Papp, head of office department at GVA Robertson.
The four new tenants of the building are Sió Eckes Kft., leading fruit juice manufacturer in Hungary,Lupus Consulting Kft., dealing with SAP consultancy and operation, HairCare Professionals Kft., the Hungarian distributor of the professional branch of Procter and Gamble distributing the brands of Wella, Londa and SystemProfessional and NAVTEQ, digital map maker.
The Office Garden office park is located in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing regions of Budapest near the Danube bank. Office Garden I is the first building of the almost 70,000sqm development. (BBJ)
