Det Norske Veritas (DNV), a global provider of services for managing risk signed a lease contract on almost 280 square meters in the IVG-developed StefániaPark office building, represented exclusively by CB Richard Ellis.
“Easily accessible, yet natural, green surroundings, modern and efficient office space and acceptable leasing conditions have all affirmed StefániaPark being the right choice. Besides the appeal of the inspiring working environment, the name of the developer was also a guarantee for quality.” – commented János Zrupkó, managing director of DNV.
“We are delighted to welcome a new tenant to StefániaPark. With DVN moving in, the office building is already 75% let.”- added Zsófia Knauer, sales and marketing Director at IVG Hungary.
The elegant building is located in the immediate vicinity of one of the largest parks of Budapest, Városliget. The popular project that had previously accommodated the Embassy of Germany for decades was handed over in October 2008 by the developer IVG Group, following a complete reconstruction. Situated in the centre of the old diplomat and villa district of Zugló. StefániaPark awaits its future tenants with about a total 5,320 square meters office space to let, an underground garage, a ground-level parking lot and an exclusive inner garden.
