The Budapest office of the global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) was awarded "Best Real Estate Agency 2009" for the third time by the Construction and Investment Journal (CIJ).
Charles Taylor, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield Budapest said: "This is obviously and important award. It recognizes our strong track record in both transactional and non- transactional business."
C&W received the "Best real estate agency" distinction for the third time since 2005, when the award was established. C&W was awarded in recognition of the outstanding service provided among real estate agencies in 2009.
The CIJ Awards was launched by leading Central European real estate magazine, Construction and Investment Journal in 2005 in order to recognise excellence across the real estate sector including advisers, as well as developers, architects, investors and financial service providers. (BBJ Online)
