Hungarian real estate developer BIF's board of directors accepted on Tuesday the resignation of CEO Csaba Tóth, the company said on the Budapest Stock Exchange website.
The CEO has also resigned as member of the board and of his leading positions at the company's subsidiaries and is to leave the company as of August 9, partly due to the restructuring of the company's strategic priorities and partly for private reasons.
The board of directors has appointed Gábor Angel as CEO for one year.
Angel has been working as the company's development manager since 2008, and previously worked as ORCO's acquisitions manager. The new CEO has been working in the real estate industry for ten years, the statement said. (MTI – Econews)
