B&V Group took over its latest purchase, Bajnok Center offices on March 1.
The office building with an area of about 5,000 square meters fits in B&V Group’s portfolio. It started a new business strategy called “A quality offices for B category prices,” answering to the change of demand from the lessees and the current market conditions.
“This building is another step in the development of the group in Hungary. We are planning to buy further properties of the same type and we believe that the market will acknowledge the serious investment intentions of our group” said Melinda Szücs, CEO of B&V Group Zrt.
Bajnok Center offices is well known in the market of its good post and special services like sauna, golf-practicing course and others.
After the takeover of the building, B&V Group will make some investments to meet the quality requirements of the market, and it will also work on increasing the leased space ratio that currently stands around 80%. (BBJ Online)
