Atrium Centers, a Budapest-based property-management company, will build shopping centers in four cities in Romania for €300 million with financing from Hungary’s MKB Bank.
Atrium Centers is looking for development opportunities in Hungary as well, Managing Director Michael Israeli said at a press conference on Thursday. Atrium Centers is owned by the Dawnay investment fund and its real-estate consultancy unit Day PanTerra. (MTI-Econews)
