Belgian property developer Atenor Group will start building a HUF 50 billion office building on Budapest's Váci Street, one of the capital's main traffic arteries, this year, CEO Stephan Sonneville said at a press conference on Tuesday.
Atenor expects to complete the first 16,000 square metres of the 85,000 square metre project by the autumn of 2012. The building, dubbed Váci Greens, will use renewable energy for its operation, Sonneville said. (MTI-ECONEWS)
