Property management company Appeninn Holding increased its share in the Hattyúház building to 74%. According to Gábor Székely, president of Appeninn Holding’s board the building has advantageous characteristics for a B category building: good price, good quality and a range of related services.
Appeninn Holding increased its share in Hattyúház to 74% after purchasing another 25% share of the real estate. The new majority owner is now planning developments. Székely said “it has a good price, good quality and a series of related services”. Also it has a favorable location. The building is 12,511sqm in size, and 60% of this is office, while the Battyhány utca-wing houses apartments.
Appeninn is planning to develop a premium Buda night club in the 500 sqm basement of Hattyúház.
