Newly listed property holding company Appeninn has acquired 49% of the shares of the company Hattyúház, the exclusive owner of an office building in Budapest, the company said on Tuesday.
The stake acquired is worth HUF 9.8 million at nominal value, the company said, adding that they plan to acquire the remaining 51% in the future.
The office building in question is Hattyúház, has a total space of 6,500 square meters and is located in the Buda side of Budapest.
Appeninn, which was floated in the "B" category Budapest Stock Exchange on July 2, has a property portfolio worth almost HUF 10 billion. The portfolio consists mainly of office buildings.
The company's big shareholders are Lehn Consulting AG with 75% and EXET Securities with 25%. (MTI-ECONEWS)
