USproperty developer AIG/Lincoln has inaugurated the first block of its €30 million The Quadrum office park near Budapest Ferihegy International Airport, company Sales Manager Zsuzsa Fekete said.
Fekete added that the building, which contains 6,000 square meters of A-category office space, also has a 400-car underground parking garage and 500-square metres in storage space.
Fekete said that The Quadrum will have a combined 22,000 square meters of office space in its four blocks.
AIG/Lincoln is a joint venture of US property developers AIG Global Real Estate Investment and Lincoln Property. Set up in 1997, the JV develops and manages real estate in most of countries of continental Europe, with a strong focus on Central and Eastern Europe.
The company has carried out property developments worth a combined €700 million in Hungary during the past ten years. (MTI – Econews)
