Accor Pannonia sells hotels on Lake Balaton

Accor Pannonia Hotels has sold its four hotels in Siófok, on Lake Balaton, to an unnamed Hungarian buyer for an undisclosed price, the company announced on Monday.

The buyer plans to continue to operate the hotels, Accor Pannonia said. With the sale, Accor Pannonia aims to continue its strategy of focusing only on its own-brand hotels. Accor Pannonia also announced it had sold a 50% stake in its car rental company Pannonia Autókölcsönző, to Krisztina Polyák, the company's managing director and a co-owner of the company. The company's operational structure will remain unchanged.
