Real estate developer ABLON is planning to open Europeum, its new shopping center project in Budapest in mid-April, managing director for Hungary, Adrienn Lovro said.
The facility is currently in the stage of interior fit-outs with 80% already let, but Lovro said that shortly reaching 90% is also possible. The new three-floor building has 5,300 square meters of leasable area. To date Europeaum has brands like Deichmann, Müller and H&M among its tenants. Lovro said rental fees range from €20 to €100.
Europeum is one of three new retail facilities that are scheduled to open in Budapest in 2011 along with ORCO’s Váci1 and R-CO Ingatlanforgalmazó’s KÖKI Terminál.
